The Canine Detective is a licensed professional detection dog service utilizing professionally trained and certified narcotics, weapons and explosives detection dogs. Our goal is to help you rid your business, school, rental units or private residence of drugs or contraband. A variety of plans consisting of random unannounced visits are available to fit your needs and budget.

Since we are a privately contracted service, we work under your discretion with or without legal involvement. Our professional and certified dog handler teams act with your privacy in mind, because we understand the complications that undue publicity can cause. Should illegal drugs be found, the course of action taken is at your discretion. Whether you decide to take disciplinary action with the offender, offer drug rehabilitation, or bring in the authorities; the decision is up to you. Our Weapons Detection Dogs are trained to locate explosives, weapons and ammunitions. All of our dogs are trained on varying quantities so they can locate minute amounts, as well as the presence of residue and residual odors on clothing and personal items.
